Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 21, 2026

1. Advance Payments

Advance payments made to confirm bookings are generally non-refundable because vendors and resources are reserved in advance.

2. Cancellation by Client

• More than 30 days before the event – partial refund may be considered.
• 15–30 days before the event – refund depends on vendor commitments.
• Less than 15 days – normally no refund.

3. Cancellation by MangalMilan Events

If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, eligible payments may be refunded or adjusted for a future booking.

4. Force Majeure

Refunds are not guaranteed in case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
